Relay is a polymer formulated to be mixed with water, cement and sand, for resurfacing. Its adhesion and flexibility characteristics allow application to a wide variety of surfaces to produce a new, bondable surface compatible with essentially al types of adhesives and coatings.

Usage: Mixture is primerless system, ideal for resurfacing old, worn or rough surfaces. It will will adhere virtually to all types of surfaces, even "difficult" surfaces, such as metal and terrazzo. It will also adhere to old coverings, coatings and adhesives. Relay mixture will feather to a "zero" edge without losing strength or adhesion.
